JUMP Stress is dedicated to assisting adolescents in managing stress by integrating mindfulness and peer support through community programs. In collaboration with WOPI-UG, their efforts are centered on alleviating stress, preventing substance abuse, and cultivating resilience and community engagement among young people. This initiative reflects our commitment, as seen in the United States, to transforming lives through effective stress management strategies. We are now eager to introduce these strategies to Ugandan teens, ensuring they have improved access to mental well-being resources.
